Cairo – Mubasher: The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) aims at boosting its total investments to EGP 40 billion from EGP 30 billion by the end of fiscal year 2017/2018, Alborsa News reported, citing sources at Egypt’s housing ministry.

The new investments will be distributed across Egypt’s main cities, such as Sheikh Zayed, New Cairo, and the 6th of October, the sources highlighted.

The sources forecast the NUCA to raise EGP 8 billion to EGP 10 billion in investment to complete the New Administrative Capital project by the end of the current fiscal year.

NUCA’s total investments amounted to about EGP 15 billion in the period from July to December 2017.
